Who they are: Helping Every Little Person (H.E.L.P) is affiliated with Helping Every
Little Person National, H.E.L.P at University of Central Florida, Florida State University, and Florida high
schools.
What they do: H.E.L.P seeks to provide a nurturing environment for children who are
disadvantaged through positive role models who promote the value of education and the importance of
self-esteem.
What YOU can do to help: If you are a student at the University of Florida, you can join
this organization that meets on UF’s campus. Volunteers take weekly trips to the Small World Daycare in
Gainesville. During these trips, they participate in activities, games, and crafts with children ages
3-10.
