What they do: One of the programs at Catholic Charities is the Feed a Family
Program. People bring boxes to feed families and Catholic Charities
gives these boxes to families in need.
What YOU can do to help: Donors are needed to put together a box (or boxes) of food to feed a family
of 3-4 people for 4 days. Each box should include the following 5
categories of foods. After the box (or boxes) is complete, you can
drop it off at the Catholic Charities office or a Catholic Parish in Gainesville, FL.

6 Cans of Vegetables (Mix any way): Canned Green Peas, Canned Green Beans, Canned Corn, Canned Carrots,
Canned Tomatoes, Canned Sweet Potatoes
4 Milk Product: 4 Canned Evaporated Milk or 1 Box Nonfat Dried Milk
3 Cans Fruit (Mix any
way ):
Canned Pears, Canned Fruit cocktail, Canned Peaches, Dried Fruit (apricots,apples, etc.), Canned Pineapple,
Applesauce
